When booking, you will be required to add a credit card on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel outside of the allowed time frame or you no call/no show. You can also use this card to make seamless payments at the completion of your service.

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule their appointments must do so within 48 hours before appointment to avoid the 100% service penalty being charged to the card on file. Clients who no call/no show will be banned from booking any future  appointments. Your card on file will be charged for 75% of the service AND your (new client) deposit will be forfeited.  

 There is a 15-minute grace period allowed before we must consider rescheduling or eliminating services from your appointment. In the event you are running late (even before the grace period), please call or text me to let me know your estimated time of arrival. 

Please do not show up more than 10 minutes before your appointment.

All forms of electronic payments* are accepted & ENCOURAGED. Cash payments are accepted, however, I am not guaranteed to have change. Card taps/swipes are subject to a 1.25% convenience fee. Credit cards on file with Booksy may be charged at no extra fee. *Electronic payments: Zelle, PayPal & CashApp. 

Please be aware that I am only able to work on my product/work. For safety reasons and to ensure quality service, I do not fill in over anyone else’s work/product. You will need to come with bare nails or request a soak off with your full set service.
